New Leaf Preserves & Sauces is a small gourmet food company specialising in homemade jams, relishes, dressings and sauces. We pride ourselves on creating both traditional and innovative condiments that can enhance any meal.

You can use our unique dressings to give life to simple salads, marinate meats, drizzle over your favourite vegetables or use as a dipping sauce. See the serving suggestions page for details.

We source our indgredients locally, use only natural preservatives, and where possible, our products are made without gluten. Primarily selling through local and regional markets, we also supply commercial quantities to cafes and restaurants.
